3. The law enforcement agency prepares an extradition request according to the provisions of the extradition treaty/arrangement with that particular country where the fugitive has been located.

विधि संबंधित देश, जहां उस भगौड़े व्यक्ति का सुराग मिला है, के साथ किये गये प्रत्यर्पण संधि/करार के प्रावधानों के अनुसार प्रवर्तन एजेंसी प्रत्यर्पण अनुरोध तैयार करती है।
